Timber Up and Over Garage Doors

Primarily we use Western Red Cedar which is a softwood for our timber garage doors, it’s versatile and offers more insulation than most types of timber, looks beautiful with its rich textures. Cedar is used in a whole range of construction projects including, cladding, beams, and railings. Cedar garage doors also work well with contemporary or traditional homes.

We also provide Open For Infil (OFI) garage doors, which are a base steel frame which allows you to clad any type of wood you prefer to the frame, if you require a specific appearance for your garage door, for example a house cladded in timber, the OFI allows you to match the appearance of your home.

All timber garage doors require yearly maintenance and being treated with the right product to protect against the weather elements. You have the option of the door arriving treated or untreated. The door will last for a very long time but requires more maintenance than your steel garage door. All our timber is from a sustainable source.
