Why Choose ABi: A Which? Trusted Trader Since 2014

With no shortage of suppliers out there, here at ABi we do everything we can to give our customers confidence when they choose us. Your doors are the entry point to your home and garage, after all, so it’s extremely important to use a reliable supplier to keep both you and your family safe.

To prove our reputability, in July 2014 we passed through the rigorous application process to become a Which? Trusted Trader, and we’re still endorsed by them today.

What Does This Mean?

First things first, we’re sure you’ve spotted the logo at the top of the page before. Seen as a sure sign of trust, the icon is synonymous with trustworthy traders, which is something that Which? has been helping consumers with for over six decades now.

In only endorsing businesses that meet their high standards, every single company that applies for the endorsement is assessed by an experienced former trading standards professional. The main aim of the scheme is to raise the standard of the trade industry for consumers, so understandably the assessments don’t stop as soon as you become accredited. To ensure we’re keeping up with our Which? Trusted Trader status, we’re reassessed on an ongoing basis.

How Does This Benefit Our Customers?

Put simply, the fact that we’re a Which? Trusted Trader provides our customers with complete peace of mind that they’re working with an organisation that operates with honesty and integrity.

In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with our service, we always urge our customers to come directly to us so we can find a solution, but on the rare occasion that this isn’t possible, through our endorsement you also have the safety net of the ombudsman. This is an independent body that can look at your case and help us to arrive at a resolution. More info on this can be found by reading through the Which? Last but certainly not least, on our Trusted Traders profile you can find all our certified reviews. Unlike with Google, Trustpilot, etc., all feedback is checked by the Which? moderation team before it goes live. You can therefore have full confidence that all ratings are genuine.
