Caring for your cedar garage door
All timber door panels are fully immersed in a tank of Sikkens light oak dip-coat stain. This provides an initial protective layer that can last up to six weeks after installation.
To ensure long-lasting protection, we strongly recommend applying a Sikkens topcoat to both the exterior and interior surfaces immediately after installation. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for best results.

Cedar doors and hardware come with a 2-year warranty for unfinished doors and a 4-year warranty for factory-finished doors.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items such as cones, cables, rollers, lock cylinders, or springs.
