Excellent service from start to finish. Initial phone call was answered promptly and professionally. A time for the salesman, Chris, was given and adhered to. Chris explained everything and even suggested using the existing garage door, which was still good, and having an electric up and over mechanism which would save hundreds. Very impressed at not being pushy. The date for install was agreed and the fitter came and only took an hour to fit the mechanism. Would highly recommend this company.

I would like to leave a truly heartfelt 5star review for ABi doors and especially the founder Steve Pierce. I bought an automatic Hormann garage door from them in 2019. The whole process from initial contact to Steve coming out to my house to measure up and installation by their professional team made me feel that I was getting a personalised service. Their price was competitive.
The reason I’m giving this review 6 years later is because I had to contact Steve recently to enquire how to delete a remote control from the system as it has been lost. Amazingly Steve remembered me when I told him my name and address - he remembered specific details like the type and size of the door as well as the motor which had been installed! Even though he has semi-retired, and his son James is now leading the business, Steve still went above and beyond and forwarded me very clear and simple instructions on how to reset the codes and reprogram my other remote control units.
I can only hope that the rest of the team at ABi Doors have picked up Steves’ customer service skills and his customer-centred ethos so that their future customers will be as happy with them as I have been !
