We appear to be living through an unprecedented event in human history. With the ever-changing landscape of COVID-19 and the uncertainty that it is causing, we wanted to let you know what we are doing as a business and as a family.
Yes. These are unusual times, but we feel that it is important to keep calm and carry on as much as possible. Our team remains productive, busy and happy to receive calls and emails from existing and prospective clients with the assurance that better days are on the horizon.
Yes. Our showroom is open. To adhere to current guidance and maintain social distancing any showroom visits are limited to an appointment only service, so please contact us prior to any visits.
You are also welcome to arrange a virtual appointment with a member of our team in our showroom. We can arrange a video conference where we can go over your requirements and show you all the products and options we have available.
Yes. We are undertaking site surveys where it is safe to do so, or alternatively we can arrange a virtual appointment and survey your property remotely. Which means we can still provide accurate quotations and process orders.
Yes. We are able to undertake installation work where it is safe to do so and we can adhere to the current guidance.
IMPORTANT: People who are over 70, pregnant or who have underlying health conditions are most at risk, so you will need to be particularly careful if anyone in your household fits these criteria.
Please let us know if you or anyone in your household is vulnerable, shielding or has symptoms of Covid-19 when you book an appointment. That way we can take extra safety precautions to protect you and our staff.

If a job requires two engineers, they’ll only come together for tasks that need two pairs of hands and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when they are not able to keep two metres apart.

Yes. Our service and repair engineers continue to operate and we are still providing our full garage door repair service. Obviously, the priority at this moment in time is with key workers, so please do let us know if you fall into this category.
Yes. Our online garage door spares website and mail order service are operational and we are shipping orders. Our trade counter is open. To adhere to current guidance and maintain social distancing any collections are limited to an appointment only service, so please contact us prior to any visits.
