Free Home Survey
Garage and entrance door systems have come a long way over the last few years and the ranges and options can be quite overwhelming. Our experienced surveyors are more than happy to come out and visit you so that we can fully understand your needs. We are not window salesmen and there is no hard sell involved, we have simply found through experience that we are able to give you much more accurate information faster at a home survey and ultimately provide solutions that are relevant to your property.
Choosing The Right Product
As an independent family business, we work closely with a number of leading manufacturers and we are here to help you choose the right products to suit your exact requirements. Our sales team can go through the options with you at our showroom and our surveyors can help you understand how different products are relevant to your property during a survey.
Quotation
Once we have confirmed all the details of your project and you are happy with the specification, we will provide a full quotation confirming all the product and installation information. All our work is tailored to your exact requirements and our surveyors and sales team are on hand to discuss any of the finer details of your quotation.
Order Confirmation and Manufacture
If you want to go ahead with your order, we will provide you with an order confirmation and organise for all the necessary components of your project to be ordered from the relevant manufacturers. We will work with you to ensure that delivery and lead times fit with the timescales of your project and arrange a suitable installation date.
Installation
We will arrange an appropriate installation schedule that is convenient for you. All our engineers are directly employed by us and are fully trained, so you can be sure that all the products will arrive safely on site and will be installed to the highest standards. We only use the highest quality manufacturer specified fixings and any timber is FSC certified and sustainably sourced. Once the work is complete, we will clean up completely after ourselves and remove any existing doors and waste material which is disposed of responsibly.
After Care
All our work is guaranteed, and our after-care service is second to none. We take full responsibility for the work we have undertaken and if there are any aspects of your project that you are not happy with, we will put them right. We are on hand to offer advice on maintenance and technical information and our engineers are available to respond to any issues you may have.
