Excellent service from friendly and helpful sales staff, surveyors and fitters. The installation date was arranged well in advance and the fitters called in advance of arrival to check everything was okay. Installation was carried out efficiently and without fuss, with a good briefing on how the door works. The door itself is excellent quality and the price point was very competitive for such a quality product.Very happy and would highly recommend.

I would recommend this company as we are really pleased with the results. We had the roller door + side door fitted on our garage. There was a delay in the doors arriving, due to covid etc, but I was kept up to date with progress. The fitters arrived on time, they were good workers who explained how our electric roller door worked,they made sure we fully understood everything. Everything was left finished + no mess made. Thank you ABi garage doors.

Excellent service from initial contact and survey through to installation. All staff were friendly and helpful. The quality of the garage door is superb. The fitters worked to a very high standard - the finish was excellent. All waste was taken away and there was a follow up email to ensure I was satisfied with the work.

Decided to use ABi Doors for the installation of a new garage door due to their very positive reviews.Though the garage door took some time to arrive, this is understandable with the supply shortages and present climate. Recently had the door fitted and was left impressed by the attitude of the fitters, quality of the door and all round workmanship.Attention to detail and courteous throughout, whilst keeping the customer engaged. Would happily recommend.

Excellent Service from a five star company. After a different company (no names no pack drill) came out and failed to do anything other than look confused at our none working Horrman doors I contacted ABI.In short - absolutely bloody brilliant!!No messing about, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in short order.Offered advice on ongoing maintenance. Polite, friendly, efficient - BRILLIANT. Can highly recommend ABI.

My garage door was stuck fast and the side door had no key, it was impossible to get into the garage at all. Chris arrived within the time allotted and drilled out the side door lock and fitted a new one, he then got through the garage to open the garage door which was stuck. He spent about an hour with us, he was polite and friendly and self-assured. The office staff were also very pleasant to deal with, they have answered all queries and issues via email and phone promptly and the company were a pleasure to work with. The cost was reasonable for the time and task involved.

My garage door mechanism broke and I'd had to release the spring tension to unwrap the wires in order to get the door closed one day, these were in a poor state and had clearly been slipping for some time. After a month or so of struggling to heave the door open I decided to get it fixed before I caused any further damage.Found ABi on Google after just a generic search for people in my area, had a quick look around the website and gave the number a call. Provided some information over the phone about the problem (mostly terms I'd seen when I googled how to fix it myself and figured it required a pro!). I was quoted a price and booked in for around a weeks time - it wasn't an emergency so didn't mind the wait, plus it speaks volumes for a company if they're in demand and busy.Got a call a couple of days later to say there was a cancellation appointment and was I available for someone to come that afternoon - which they did. The engineer took a look then dissapeared inside my garage for an hour or so. Banging, drilling and probably some light cursing later he emerged victorious.. "It almost beat me", but it hadn't and despite the complexities which are far beyond my comprehension I now had a working, very springy garage door mechanism.The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid, invoice came in the post and it was easy to phone up and pay by card.Thanks ABi..

From start to finish, the fitting of our lovely new garage door has been professional. The office staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with and the initial consultation and installation team were very efficient and did an excellent job of leaving us clean and tidy. Very impressed with this company and a refreshing change to have such fabulous customer service.
